Responsible for comprehensive accounting duties including ledger maintenance, vendor and tax payments, receivables monitoring, payroll processing, and financial reporting to support the company’s financial integrity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Post accounting transactions in Peachtree
- Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable
- Handle payments to tax authorities
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with tax calculations and filings
- Prepare inventory summaries and bank reconciliations
- Support payroll preparation for all projects
- Coordinate advance payment settlements and collection follow-ups
- Analyze payables with proper documentation
