The role involves managing all human resource administration functions—including personnel files, recruitment coordination, attendance monitoring, and payroll support—while ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labour laws in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee personnel files in hard‑copy and electronic formats
- Address employee administrative requests per policies
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and orientation processes
- Monitor probationary employees and prepare evaluation forms
- Administer pension registration and related documentation
- Prepare employment certificates and other HR correspondence
- Manage attendance system, record schedules, leave, and violations
- Generate weekly and monthly attendance reports
- Process overtime requests with Finance
- Handle interview, training, and HR communications
- Coordinate performance evaluation and maintain appraisal records
- Use HR ERP to enter, update, and generate employee data
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Perform additional duties as assigned
