About the Role

The Senior HR Officer leads all human resources activities for Spine Institute and Care S.C’s clinics and hospital, ensuring compliance, effective recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, training, and strategic HR planning.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions for chiropractic, physiotherapy clinics and wellness hospital
  • Manage full recruitment cycle and onboarding programs
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Administer payroll and benefits in collaboration with finance
  • Conduct salary reviews and market research
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and support managers
  • Coordinate training and professional development
  • Develop and update HR policies to comply with Ethiopian labor laws
  • Maintain accurate confidential employee records
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics
