Responsibilities
- Ensure safety culture across factory operations
- Implement, monitor and improve OHS policies and procedures
- Investigate incidents and produce root cause reports
- Manage PPE provision and compliance
- Deliver OHS training and awareness sessions
- Handle work permits and ensure compliance
- Coordinate emergency response team activities and drills
- Track Safety Incident Cards and corrective actions
