The Woreda/District Coordinator will drive the implementation of a youth entrepreneurship project by coordinating district-level activities, engaging and mentoring young people in agriculture, building capacity, monitoring progress, and fostering multi-sectoral partnerships to promote sustainable agribusiness opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead district project activities aligned with goals
- Mobilize, mentor, and inspire youth groups in horticulture and wheat production
- Design and deliver training and mentorship programs
- Establish monitoring systems, collect data, and prepare reports
- Build partnerships with local government, community leaders, cooperatives, and private sector actors
