Responsibilities
- Maintain financial policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with donor requirements
- Monitor cash flow, handle petty cash, and prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly and monthly financial reports and budget forecasts
- Track program expenditure against budgets and advise leadership on corrective measures
- Coordinate procurement, warehouse processes, and office facilities maintenance
- Provide administrative support for travel arrangements, meetings, and staff management
- Serve as focal point for DOVICO management activities in the region
