About the Role

The role oversees financial and administrative operations for a field office, ensuring compliance with donor regulations while managing budgets, cash flow, procurement, and staff coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with donor requirements
  • Monitor cash flow, handle petty cash, and prepare bank reconciliations
  • Prepare quarterly and monthly financial reports and budget forecasts
  • Track program expenditure against budgets and advise leadership on corrective measures
  • Coordinate procurement, warehouse processes, and office facilities maintenance
  • Provide administrative support for travel arrangements, meetings, and staff management
  • Serve as focal point for DOVICO management activities in the region
