Lead the design and delivery of a four‑day training that builds capacity in system change advocacy, produces an advocacy policy framework and a 24‑month strategy for a multi‑organization alliance, and provides post‑training support including MEL tools and final reporting.
Responsibilities
- Review existing advocacy materials and conduct brief virtual pre‑consultations
- Develop a political sensitivity note for facilitators
- Prepare a pre‑training reading package
- Deliver a 4‑day in‑person training covering conceptual foundations, framework development, and strategy workshops
- Produce an Advocacy Policy Framework and a 24‑month Joint Advocacy Strategy based on participant input
- Facilitate virtual task force sessions to refine drafts
- Design MEL templates for advocacy tracking
- Compile a final training report with finalized documents
