Lead the digitalization of procurement processes for SOS Children’s Villages in Ethiopia by customizing, deploying, and supporting a secure Procurement Management System integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering to identify customization needs
- Customize the selected system to reflect procurement workflows
- Configure approval and compliance workflows
- Set up user interfaces and self-service portals
- Ensure data security, encryption, and backup mechanisms
- Coordinate user account setup and role-based access control
- Perform procurement data migration from legacy documents
- Participate in system testing and technical validation
- Provide technical support and updates for 12-month warranty and ongoing SLA
- Deliver comprehensive training to administrators, HR, finance personnel, and end users
- Prepare detailed documentation and system manuals
- Report progress to the Project Steering Committee
