Lead the end‑to‑end production of a five‑minute impact documentary on the Leave No Youth Behind project, including concept development, filming in Addis Ababa, post‑production, and delivery of multiple formats for the National Impact Forum.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concept, script, storyboard and filming plan
- Conduct interviews with project participants and stakeholders
- Capture high‑quality video, audio and photography in Addis Ababa
- Edit footage into five‑minute documentary, event promo and social media cuts
- Apply color grading, sound design, motion graphics and subtitles
- Provide raw footage, editable source files and all related documentation
- Coordinate with SOS staff for approvals and safeguarding compliance
