About the Role

Lead the design, implementation, analysis, and reporting of a baseline survey for the Children in Street Situations project in Dessie and Kombolcha, Ethiopia. The role involves mixed-method research, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of actionable findings to inform program planning.

Responsibilities

Design and develop baseline survey tools (quantitative & qualitative)
Plan sampling strategy and manage fieldwork logistics
Train and supervise data collectors
Analyze collected data and prepare draft and final reports
Coordinate with SOS Children’s Villages staff and stakeholders
Ensure child safeguarding and ethical compliance throughout the study
