Lead the midterm evaluation of a 3‑year peacebuilding project in Ethiopia’s Afar, Oromia and Somali regions, designing mixed‑methods tools, collecting and analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve project implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design evaluation methodology and tools
- Develop sampling frames and data collection plans
- Recruit and train enumerators
- Conduct field data collection (surveys, KIIs, FGDs)
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data
- Prepare inception, draft, and final reports
- Present findings to consortium partners
- Manage logistics and fieldwork arrangements
