About the Role

Lead the midterm evaluation of a GBV project in Harari Region, Ethiopia, overseeing methodology design, data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform program adjustments.

Responsibilities

  • Design evaluation methodology and tools
  • Develop sampling plans and data collection instruments
  • Recruit and train enumerators
  • Conduct quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews
  • Analyze data using SPSS/Stata or equivalent
  • Prepare inception, draft, and final reports
  • Present findings to program staff and stakeholders
  • Deliver cleaned datasets and success stories
