Responsibilities
- Design evaluation methodology and tools
- Develop sampling plans and data collection instruments
- Recruit and train enumerators
- Conduct quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews
- Analyze data using SPSS/Stata or equivalent
- Prepare inception, draft, and final reports
- Present findings to program staff and stakeholders
- Deliver cleaned datasets and success stories
