Lead the design and delivery of a three‑day capacity‑building workshop for high‑level Ethiopian government stakeholders, translating evidence on youth and women employment barriers into actionable policy strategies.
Responsibilities
- Review assessment report and related documents
- Develop training syllabus and agenda with project team
- Prepare presentations, handouts, case studies, and exercises
- Conduct pre‑training needs assessment if required
- Submit inception report for approval
- Deliver a three‑day interactive capacity building training to 47 participants
- Facilitate discussions, practical exercises, and action planning sessions
- Provide technical support during action plan development
- Compile and submit training delivery report and compiled action plans
- Prepare participant evaluation summary
