About the Role

Assist the CEO by managing schedules, communications, and documentation while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings and priorities
  • Handle emails, calls and correspondence—filter noise and prioritize
  • Prepare and polish documents, reports and presentations in clean English
  • Coordinate between the CEO, team and external stakeholders
  • Follow up on tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
