About the Role

The Logistics Officer manages procurement, inventory, fleet, and facility operations for a humanitarian base in Adwa, ensuring compliance with donor procedures and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Handle purchases, stock management, and office maintenance for the base
  • Analyze local purchasing environment and update price lists
  • Process purchase requests and ensure compliance with donor regulations
  • Maintain daily stock records on LINK and conduct monthly inventory checks
  • Manage vehicle fleet schedules and fuel tracking
  • Oversee premises items and consumables
  • Backup electronic data from laptops each month
