The role manages hygiene promotion, cleaning services, and distribution activities in the field, ensuring logistical coordination, beneficiary engagement, and accurate reporting while supporting community mobilization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute hygiene promotion, cleaning service, and distribution activities under team leader supervision
- Coordinate logistics, registration, and beneficiary targeting for distributions
- Implement site distributions, supervise daily workers, and ensure beneficiaries receive goods
- Calculate distribution metrics and manage material replenishment post‑distribution
- Organize and conduct sensitization sessions using appropriate communication methods
- Recruit, train, and delegate tasks to daily workers for field operations
- Maintain administrative records, monitoring tools, and reporting files at the office
- Report progress, challenges, and safety concerns to the team supervisor
- Engage with local authorities and communities to identify needs and address grievances
