The consultant will conduct a baseline assessment of the PHI program in Ethiopia, employing participatory research methods to produce a detailed report that informs future interventions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the baseline assessment implementation in Addis Ababa
- Design and facilitate FGDs, KIIs and surveys
- Collect qualitative data from diverse stakeholders
- Engage farmers, private sector and financial institutions
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
- Analyze data and triangulate findings
- Translate insights into quantitative estimates and structured indicators
- Write comprehensive report in English
