Lead the design, pilot, and evaluation of a Talent‑on‑Demand model that connects local MSMEs in Addis Ababa with affordable, skilled talent, while building trust mechanisms and generating evidence for scaling.
Responsibilities
- Design and pilot a domestically focused Talent‑on‑Demand model for MSMEs
- Assess market demand among urban MSMEs and individual clients in Addis Ababa
- Develop inclusive worker profiling and vetting frameworks to build trust
- Generate empirical evidence on transaction volumes, willingness to pay, and income generation
- Formulate a scalable ownership pathway for private sector actors
