Responsibilities
- Assess MSME demand and willingness to pay for green services
- Pilot a market‑responsive Green Growth BDS model
- Provide advisory on circular economy, renewable energy, and resource efficiency
- Link MSMEs with finance, technology, and public support
- Promote inclusive green growth for women, youth, and vulnerable groups
- Document results and recommend scaling strategies
