Lead the design, development, and piloting of an AI‑powered digital and financial literacy learning platform tailored to women and youth entrepreneurs in Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid ecosystem assessment of digital and financial literacy initiatives
- Design and develop an MVP AI‑assisted learning platform for women‑ and youth‑led MSEs
- Integrate AI to support navigation, answer queries, recommend modules, and guide users
- Pilot the platform with 100 representative MSEs including vulnerable groups
- Collect feedback during the pilot and refine the platform
- Provide recommendations for future scale‑up
