Responsibilities
- Develop an inception report outlining implementation approach and sustainability strategy
- Design a digital gig readiness curriculum and learning materials
- Deliver training to low‑income youth
- Recruit and select participants
- Track employment outcomes in a comprehensive database
- Maintain partnerships with employers, BPO firms, and digital platforms
- Produce a sustainability and closeout report detailing lessons learned and scaling recommendations
