About the Role

Lead the design and production of multimedia communication assets for RAYEE II, ensuring culturally appropriate content that empowers rural young women and promotes agribusiness sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Implement RAYEE II communication strategy through high‑quality media production
• Create audio, video, photo, design and event management outputs tailored to rural young women
• Design accessible posters, infographics, manuals and banners for low literacy audiences
• Ensure all materials meet SNV’s global standards and visual identity
• Develop standard templates and visual identities for consistent branding
• Document field experiences and success stories to inspire sector transformation
• Build partner capacity in communication tools and messaging
