The Cashier ensures accurate handling of all cash transactions, maintains strict internal controls, reconciles daily deposits, and supports financial reporting within Sky Gate Duty Free PLC.
Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash requests, receipts and fund replenishment
- Handle customer payments and safeguard cash in cashier’s room
- Deposit daily collections into bank accounts and reconcile transactions
- Process supplier and employee cash payments with approvals
- Maintain accurate records for audits and internal controls
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly cash reports to Finance Manager
