About the Role

Responsible for generating new sales opportunities and maintaining relationships with construction firms and suppliers in Addis Ababa. The role involves quoting, negotiating, coordinating deliveries, and providing market feedback to management.

Responsibilities

  • Scout and secure new sales opportunities with local construction firms and wholesale suppliers
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers including contractors, developers and resellers
  • Monitor local construction trends, competitor pricing, and steel market dynamics
  • Coordinate with production and delivery teams for timely product delivery
  • Identify potential customers, provide quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure order fulfillment
  • Maintain professional handling of customer inquiries and complaints
  • Visit customers regularly to promote factory’s steel products
