Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and project coordination activities
- Communicate with Ethiopian Electric Utility and other stakeholders
- Assist in project progress monitoring, reporting, and payment documentation
- Coordinate customs clearance, transportation, shipping schedules, and logistics
- Manage financial and administrative tasks including bank payments and invoice tracking
- Prepare contracts, official documents, and government submissions
- Handle procurement activities and material delivery tracking
- Provide visa and personnel support for staff
- Offer translation and interpretation assistance when required
