The ICT & MIS Officer will manage Shobole’s digital infrastructure, focusing on Odoo ERP administration while also handling general IT support and network maintenance to ensure seamless business operations.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, Accounting)
- Set up user roles and access controls
- Provide first-line support for Odoo issues
- Create custom MIS reports
- Maintain office IT hardware and software
- Administer LAN/Wi-Fi network and firewall settings
- Implement data backup protocols
