Lead the production of in‑depth thematic research for Shega’s Knowledge & Intelligence unit, ensuring rigorous evidence sourcing, high‑quality written outputs, and mentoring of junior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end thematic research pieces
- Conduct desk research, expert interviews, ecosystem mapping, and policy analysis
- Ensure evidence sourcing and citation rigor in all outputs
- Review and quality‑gate junior analyst work
- Curate Shega’s published intelligence portfolio
- Coach junior analysts on analytical methods and writing
- Participate in team review rhythms and strategic planning
