The Office Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage communications, maintain records, schedule activities, and ensure smooth daily operations at the Addis Ababa office.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and digital correspondence
- Draft official documents in Amharic, English, and Afaan Oromo
- Handle phone calls and visitor inquiries
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel logistics for staff
- Monitor office supplies and equipment maintenance
