Senior MIS Officer

About the Role

The Senior MIS Officer designs, develops, and maintains banking dashboards and reports, optimizes SQL queries, automates reporting, supports ad hoc BI needs, ensures data integrity, collaborates across teams, and guarantees regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain management reports and dashboards for business and regulatory reporting
• Analyze banking data to provide actionable insights for management decision‑making
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across banking systems
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting solutions
• Support departments with ad hoc reports and BI requirements
• Automate recurring reports to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor report performance and resolve data‑related issues promptly
• Collaborate with IT and business units to identify reporting needs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards and internal policies
• Prepare documentation and provide user support for MIS solutions
