Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations
- Ensure safe, clean, functional premises
- Conduct inspections & identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance
- Develop maintenance programs for buildings and equipment
- Manage repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, water systems
- Supervise contractors and service providers
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports
