The Senior CBS Officer will manage the bank’s Core Banking System to ensure high availability, configure and upgrade the system, integrate with digital platforms, monitor performance, train users, maintain compliance, and document procedures.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support CBS for high availability
- Configure products, parameters, and processes
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors
- Manage upgrades, patches, and testing
- Support integration with digital banking and third‑party systems
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements
- Provide technical support and training
- Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards
- Participate in implementation, migration, and disaster recovery activities
- Prepare technical documentation and change requests
