About the Role

Lead the design and delivery of a five-day capacity building program on Employee Performance Management and Succession Planning for Shabelle Bank supervisors and managers, ensuring effective implementation across branches.

Responsibilities

  • Review EPMS manual and succession policy
  • Develop training materials, slides, exercises, case studies
  • Deliver two rounds of 5‑day training in Addis Ababa & Jijiga Town
  • Facilitate group work, simulations, practical exercises
  • Provide real‑world examples and best practices
  • Administer pre‑ and post‑training assessments
  • Submit final training report with recommendations
