About the Role

The Building Administration Officer manages day‑to‑day operations of bank buildings, coordinating maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor services to ensure safe and efficient facility performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned buildings and facilities
  • Ensure buildings are maintained in a safe, clean, and functional condition
  • Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance requirements
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities
  • Maintain records of tenants, lease agreements, and occupancy status
  • Monitor rent collection and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Coordinate lease renewals and tenant onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Address tenant concerns and service requests promptly
  • Supervise service providers, contractors, cleaners, and security personnel
  • Manage utilities consumption and recommend cost‑saving measures
  • Support fixed asset inventory and verification exercises
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
