The Building Administration Officer manages day‑to‑day operations of bank buildings, coordinating maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor services to ensure safe and efficient facility performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned buildings and facilities
- Ensure buildings are maintained in a safe, clean, and functional condition
- Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance requirements
- Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain records of tenants, lease agreements, and occupancy status
- Monitor rent collection and follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate lease renewals and tenant onboarding/offboarding processes
- Address tenant concerns and service requests promptly
- Supervise service providers, contractors, cleaners, and security personnel
- Manage utilities consumption and recommend cost‑saving measures
- Support fixed asset inventory and verification exercises
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
