Provide technical and business development support to SMEs along horticulture and oilseed value chains in Ethiopia, focusing on capacity building, market linkages, quality management, and digital traceability under the iDPP framework.
Responsibilities
- Provide business development and technical support to SMEs under the iDPP framework
- Facilitate market linkages and partnerships between manufacturers, cooperatives, farmers, and SMEs through stakeholder mapping and client identification
- Develop training materials and deliver workshops, B2B networking events, and capacity‑building programs in entrepreneurship, agribusiness, and supply chain management
- Support implementation of quality management, occupational safety, compliance systems, and digital traceability solutions
- Monitor project implementation, promote products and services through outreach campaigns, and prepare regular technical reports
