Consultant to evaluate and enhance Marakisoft’s TeleCloud‑hosted SaaS platform, designing secure, scalable architecture, cost‑effective operations, and a robust DevOps framework.
Responsibilities
- Assess current TeleCloud setup for performance, cost, security, and reliability
- Right‑size resources and optimize costs
- Design scalable multi‑tenant architecture with auto‑scaling, load balancing, caching, and database optimization
- Recommend hybrid/multi‑cloud solutions
- Perform comprehensive security assessment and provide hardening recommendations (encryption, IAM, Zero Trust, WAF, secrets management)
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian data protection laws and e‑invoice requirements
- Improve backup strategies and develop a Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity plan
- Evaluate monitoring, logging, and alerting tools; advise on IaC and CI/CD best practices
- Define long‑term team structure and headcount for ongoing operations
