Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems while ensuring compliance with security policies and providing user training.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs and related security systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot system faults and connectivity issues
- Perform regular inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of surveillance equipment
- Configure network settings for IP cameras and remote monitoring access
- Ensure continuous recording and proper storage of footage
- Respond promptly to failures and carry out necessary repairs
- Maintain records of installations, maintenance activities, and performance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support and upgrades
- Provide technical support and user training on system operation
