The Client- Site Engineer will act as the owner’s representative, overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring contractual compliance, quality standards, and timely delivery while coordinating all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Represent client throughout project lifecycle
- Monitor contractor and consultant performance
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract conditions
- Track progress, budget, and schedule; provide reports
- Review work programs, payment certificates, variation orders
- Facilitate stakeholder communication
- Identify risks and propose corrective measures
- Participate in site meetings and strategic decisions
