About the Role

The Kindergarten Main Teacher leads high‑quality early childhood education at SEED International Schools, delivering Pearson Curriculum lessons, managing classroom dynamics, assessing student progress, and ensuring a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the Pearson Curriculum
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners including English language learners and students with special needs
• Manage classroom routines, rules, and behavior to create a safe, inclusive environment
• Conduct formative and summative assessments, providing feedback and adjusting strategies
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior
• Communicate professionally with parents, colleagues, and school leadership
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff on curriculum planning and professional development
• Uphold child protection policies and safeguard students’ wellbeing
