The Data Quality Officer will ensure accurate and timely data for the SLL360 program by supporting hub and spoke hospitals, conducting assessments, training staff, and integrating EMR data into the IMNID system.
Responsibilities
- Support data integrity for SLL360 program at hub hospital
- Assist five spoke hospitals with data collection and training
- Conduct health facility assessments and baseline/midline/endline data collection
- Verify and cross-check patient records in L&D, NICU, KMC units
- Ensure daily electronic data entry to Ministry of Health
- Generate reports from dashboards and provide refresher training
- Collaborate with evaluation coordinators on study activities
