About the Role

The FSL Officer leads day‑to‑day implementation of food security and livelihoods projects in remote rural settings, ensuring quality delivery, monitoring impact, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve program outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor FSL program activities at woreda level
  • Coordinate field operations and manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Ensure beneficiary selection and targeting meet standards
  • Collect and analyze MEAL data to inform decisions
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports for management and donors
  • Engage local government, community leaders and partners
  • Maintain safeguarding and child protection practices
