About the Role

The WASH Program Manager leads the national team in planning, implementing, and monitoring water, sanitation, and hygiene projects across Ethiopia, ensuring financial stewardship, quality standards, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead national WASH team and coordinate staff
  • Design, budget, procure, and schedule activities
  • Oversee all project components from assessment to closeout
  • Manage finances and monitor spending
  • Ensure procurement, warehousing, and inventory procedures
  • Support HR processes including recruitment
  • Maintain accurate reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate with local authorities and partners
