The WASH Program Manager leads the national team in planning, implementing, and monitoring water, sanitation, and hygiene projects across Ethiopia, ensuring financial stewardship, quality standards, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead national WASH team and coordinate staff
- Design, budget, procure, and schedule activities
- Oversee all project components from assessment to closeout
- Manage finances and monitor spending
- Ensure procurement, warehousing, and inventory procedures
- Support HR processes including recruitment
- Maintain accurate reporting and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with local authorities and partners
