About the Role

The PHC Support Officer strengthens primary healthcare delivery by supervising clinics, collecting data, ensuring compliance with health protocols, and reporting to program managers. The role involves field visits, training, and coordination within the Samaritan’s Purse Health and Nutrition Program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight to PHCs ensuring quality care
  • Support project manager with health initiatives
  • Conduct rapid assessments and field visits
  • Monitor operations and enforce IPC standards
  • Collect and analyze clinical data
  • Compile weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders
  • Train and mentor PHC staff
  • Represent SP at regional meetings
