Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to PHCs ensuring quality care
- Support project manager with health initiatives
- Conduct rapid assessments and field visits
- Monitor operations and enforce IPC standards
- Collect and analyze clinical data
- Compile weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders
- Train and mentor PHC staff
- Represent SP at regional meetings
