Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of humanitarian programs in Ethiopia, coordinating with donors, partners, and field staff to advance the organization’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop programs via concept papers, proposals, and budgets
- Build relationships with donors, NGOs, government ministries, and agencies
- Assist in program implementation: assessments, baselines, budgets, M&E systems, field visits, reporting, and close-out
- Build capacity of field staff in program development, behavior change communication, and M&E skills
- Represent the organization at UN cluster meetings, government coordination platforms, and donor/partner meetings
- Strengthen team capacity through training and improved working methods
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient execution of activities
