About the Role

Lead medical services in the Samaritan’s Purse MMNU, delivering comprehensive primary care, supervising staff, ensuring adherence to health standards, and managing clinical operations in Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality primary healthcare to pediatric and adult patients
• Conduct patient consultations, order and interpret lab tests, prescribe medications
• Recognize emergencies, provide stabilization and arrange referrals
• Perform wound care and minor procedures with sterile techniques
• Deliver antenatal, postnatal, and neonatal care
• Maintain infection‑prevention standards and hygiene
• Oversee daily MMNU operations and supervise clinical teams
• Conduct field visits to support compliance and service quality
• Provide training, mentoring, and disseminate updated protocols
• Collect, manage, and report data for program monitoring
