About the Role

The Human Resource Assistant provides comprehensive HR support at the field office, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations aligned with Samaritan’s Purse policies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain personnel files
  • Lead onboarding and induction processes
  • Track leave requests and timesheets
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries
  • Support performance reviews and offboarding
