About the Role

The Finance & Admin Officer supports Samaritan's Purse’s financial operations by ensuring accurate payments, record‑keeping, and compliance while also handling administrative duties to maintain efficient office processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Finance Coordinator with timely payments and documentation compliance
  • Process petty cash and maintain accurate records
  • Reconcile bank accounts monthly
  • Prepare invoices, tax deposits, and related documents
  • Support Cash Advance requests and settlements
  • Maintain filing systems for financial documents
  • Implement general administrative procedures
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor
