- Assist Finance Coordinator with timely payments and documentation compliance
- Process petty cash and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Prepare invoices, tax deposits, and related documents
- Support Cash Advance requests and settlements
- Maintain filing systems for financial documents
- Implement general administrative procedures
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor
