About the Role

The Area Coordinator manages all program operations within a specific region, overseeing logistics, finance, HR, security, and stakeholder relations to ensure effective implementation of Samaritan’s Purse projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate projects in assigned area
  • Ensure compliance with Samaritan’s Purse systems and guidelines
  • Oversee logistics, procurement, and financial processes
  • Manage staffing, training, performance evaluation, and HR issues
  • Serve as security focal person and manage risk assessments
  • Prepare funding requests, budgets, and financial monitoring
  • Build relationships with community leaders, government officials, UN agencies, and NGOs
  • Represent the organization in meetings and maintain Christian witness
