Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel during shifts
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational updates
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor surveillance systems
- Maintain daily logs, attendance records, and shift reports
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new personnel
- Promote security awareness throughout the organization
