The Elevator Sales Manager will lead the sales operations for SAMANU, developing strategies, managing a team, securing new projects, and maintaining strong client relationships in the elevator and escalator market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth
- Lead, train, and mentor sales supervisors and representatives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and major projects
- Build relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, architects, and key clients
- Negotiate and close contracts for installations, modernization, and maintenance services
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Resolve high-level customer concerns and maintain satisfaction
- Track team performance to achieve sales KPIs
