About the Role

The Elevator Sales Manager will lead the sales operations for SAMANU, developing strategies, managing a team, securing new projects, and maintaining strong client relationships in the elevator and escalator market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth
  • Lead, train, and mentor sales supervisors and representatives
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and major projects
  • Build relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, architects, and key clients
  • Negotiate and close contracts for installations, modernization, and maintenance services
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
  • Resolve high-level customer concerns and maintain satisfaction
  • Track team performance to achieve sales KPIs
