About the Role

The Pharmaceutical Store Keeper manages the efficient operation of the pharmaceutical storeroom, ensuring accurate inventory records, regulatory compliance, and timely distribution of products.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store pharmaceuticals and medical devices
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular physical counts
  • Apply FIFO/LIFO for issuing stock
  • Monitor storeroom and refrigerator temperatures and humidity
  • Ensure compliance with EFDA regulations and company SOPs
  • Manage returns, recalls, and disposal of expired or damaged items
  • Prepare documentation for tenders and internal audits
  • Supervise subordinates and conduct training
  • Coordinate delivery to customers while maintaining temperature control
