The Pharmaceutical Store Keeper manages the efficient operation of the pharmaceutical storeroom, ensuring accurate inventory records, regulatory compliance, and timely distribution of products.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store pharmaceuticals and medical devices
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular physical counts
- Apply FIFO/LIFO for issuing stock
- Monitor storeroom and refrigerator temperatures and humidity
- Ensure compliance with EFDA regulations and company SOPs
- Manage returns, recalls, and disposal of expired or damaged items
- Prepare documentation for tenders and internal audits
- Supervise subordinates and conduct training
- Coordinate delivery to customers while maintaining temperature control
